Spanning six stories and housing 53 rental units, ANDAS showcases a bio-based, locally sourced building material for structural and interior design. By leveraging the many benefits of wood—a lower carbon footprint, faster construction timelines, and enhanced quality of life for residents—the Lachine-based project, launched this fall, is advancing at an impressive pace. This project is an excellent example of high-performance and environmentally responsible local construction.
