In early 2010, Bombardier introduced the GLOBAL 7000 and 8000 series business jets marketed towards high-end corporate clients. With a finishing center dating back to the 90s, Bombardier needed to enhance their client experience to meet the calibre of its new planes.
Having already completed several extensions of the finishing center, NEUF architect(e)s was entrusted with designing a new building reserved exclusively for this series of high-end jets.
The space had to include a showroom, sample room and six meeting rooms. An impressive three-storey atrium was designed to greet clients in a luxurious setting befitting this new series.
From design to completion, the 13,717 m2 of new construction were delivered in only 18 months. This is one of the many projects that solidifies nearly 40 years of trust and collaboration between NEUF architect(e)s and Bombardier.
