Cité du Multimédia (ALLIED)

Since 2014, property manager Allied Properties has entrusted NEUF with more than 10 interior design projects, many of which are located in Montreal’s Cité du Multimédia buildings. Among these projects, the third and fourth floors of 80 rue Queen were re-imagined and redesigned, lending a new look to the The City of Montreal’s IT and property management services.

NEUF also redesigned the interior of three groups of elevators, the washrooms of three neighbouring buildings (50 rue Queen, 80 rue Queen, and 87 rue Prince as well as the offices of advertising agency TANK at 87 rue Prince.

Moreover, our team leads in the renovation and design of 75 rue Queen’s common spaces – from the elevator lobby, including the reception desk itself, to the hallways of the first six floors,

NEUF also played a key role in assisting Allied Properties in the process of developing and deploying new signage throughout the building.
