An important social housing mandate

NEUF is pleased to have been selected for the revitalisation of an important urban site in downtown Montreal with the development of affordable housing for the Office municipal d’habitation de Montréal (OMHM). Located near the Bell Centre, this major project will come to life thanks to the Quebec Affordable Housing Program (PHAQ), providing 151 new social housing units to the community. We look forward to contributing our expertise in residential architecture to help resolve an important urban issues in this neighborhood and propose sustainable solutions that we hope will inspire other municipalities confronted with similar challenges.
