ÎLOT VOYAGEUR: A NEW BEGINNING

It’s now official! NEUF will collaborate with Mondev and UTILE on the redevelopment of Îlot Voyageur South. This major project will offer more than 1,000 residential units, with nearly 50% dedicated to affordable and student housing. The new district will feature commercial, community, and institutional spaces, along with the involvement of UQAM, whose campus is adjacent to the site and will benefit directly from the new facilities. An incredible opportunity to revitalize the Quartier Latin and breathe new life into this key sector of the downtown core.
