Inauguration of the new Fasken offices’ Conference Center

After nearly 3 years of work, the NEUF team had the privilege of attending the inauguration of the new Fasken offices’ Conference Center in Square Victoria. Building on the innovation that has defined the spaces the firm has occupied since 1964, the new reception and meeting areas express a powerful sense of openness and transparency, framing views of the river, the mountain and Montreal’s skyline while showcasing an auditorium at the cutting edge of technology.

Taking a museum-like approach, the interior architecture acts as a discrete backdrop to shed new light on works from local artists in Fasken’s vast art collection, decades in the making.  A multi-phase project, work continues on the sculptural interconnecting staircase, a work of art in itself that extends the amenity spaces onto each of the adjacent work floors. The stair is to be unveiled with the remaining work floors later this year. More photos will follow.
