"LE RÉVEIL DE MONTRÉAL": the new CHUM and its passerelle

The Nouveau CHUM and its skybridge were featured in the La Presse+ special edition entitled “Le reveil de Montréal” published on Sunday June 5th. CANNONDESIGN + NEUF architect(e)s are very proud to see their project cited as a key player in Montreal’s renewal. First, an impressive video focuses on the installation of the perforated copper panels on the skybridge over Sanguinet Street, capturing an important milestone for one of the many strong design gestures across the project.

In Le nez collé sur les chantiers, François Cardinal mentions the Nouveau CHUM among the key actors behind the “incredible dynamism” of Montréal’s urban core. The project is also cited in Nicolas Bérubé’s , Les nouveaux visages de l’est for its contribution to the Quartier Latin and the renewal of this section of the city center.
