REVITALIZING L’ÎLOT VOYAGEUR

NEUF is proud to join forces with Utile and Mondev to be part of this proposal to revitalize this strategic site, crucial to the renewal of the Quartier latin. Divided into two buildings, this project of 1,000 units, including social housing, student housing, as well as commercial and community spaces, will transform this area into a dynamic and inclusive urban hub. This is the promise of a vibrant neighbourhood, offering affordable and quality housing solutions to meet the current needs of our community.
