UNVEILING OF LAVAL’S NEW CULTURAL HUB

Here is the new concept, developed with Atelier TAG, for Laval’s future central library. The "largest cultural infrastructure project in Quebec", unveiled early this week by the mayor Stéphane Boyer, will be a space where art and culture come together with an inspiring and sustainable architecture. The design team was committed to creating a human-scale environment that strengthens connections between communities and generations. The building’s transparency will showcase a rich cultural program, symbolizing the cultural renewal of the city of Laval. Developed in collaboration with Groupe Montoni, the project will meet LEED Gold certification.
