Located in Montreal's business center, at the intersection of two key roadways (René-Lévesque Boulevard and Bleury Street), the form is two towers linked at their base by a single pedestal. The variable heights of the two towers and the low-scale base contribute to the integration of the complex into its built environment. The setback creates an entrance courtyard as well as an opening towards the Gésu church, highlighting the remains of the famous Collège Sainte-Marie. Large public halls and active commercial street fronts on the first floor enliven the two adjacent and major thoroughfares.
On the upper floors, one full level of fitness, work, and event spaces, opens on to a large terrace, which covers the parking. A glassed-in gathering room or "sky lounge," offers spectacular views from the 45th floor. Home-technology integration allows occupants to automate various equipment via their smartphones (air conditioning, security, and other systems).
