With the construction of a flagship branch just off Highway 15 in Laval, JC Perrault sought to position itself as a major player in the high-end furniture industry. It is with this goal in mind that our team honed the architecture and interior design of this project.

Beyond the showrooms, the building includes offices, workspaces, a large warehouse and loading docks.

Large bay windows, multiple skylights and a vast 3-storey atrium all allowed natural light to be maximised throughout the space and reduce overall energy costs.

Many environmentally sustainable strategies were deployed, which lead to the project being certified LEED Gold.
