Our team was charged with renovating the common areas of this prestigious building – the previous work dating back to 1996. Particular attention was paid to the specific needs of the various tenants in order to propose a design that was suitable for all.
The work had to be split into three phases, as it would be carried out in an active building. Night work was thus required to accommodate the complex schedule.
The entire project was designed with sustainability in mind – for example, anticipating the future connection of a light rail train from Ottawa – earning the complex a prestigious LEED platinum certification in March 2017.
